Yes we do, you are only required to pay a Deposit of £100 to secure a consultation with our aesthetic specialists, which is credited towards the cost of your treatment on the day or in near future, so you are not charged for consultation alone. However, should you wish to only consult us on the treatment, the deposit is deducted for consultation rate!

The suitability of this treatment is depending on factors such as skin type, medical history, current skincare routine, and desired outcomes will be assessed to ensure suitability and safety. Sylfirm X  RF microneedling is designed to improve concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, uneven skin texture, or loss of skin firmness including Rosacea. However, it will not be appropriate for everyone thats why consultation is key prior to this treatment. This treatment is not advisable for individuals with severe allergies, and if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18 years old.

A series of sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is recommended to achieve optimal results. Most of our patients undergo anywhere from three to six sessions, although some may require more or fewer treatments based on their individual skin condition and treatment goals.

Most patients do not experience significant pain during a Sylfirm X treatment. The procedure is generally considered to be comfortable and well-tolerated. However, some patients may experience mild discomfort or a slight stinging sensation during the treatment, which is typically described as a mild rubber-band snapping sensation.

A topical numbing cream can help with any discomfort. Additionally, the Sylfirm X device is designed to deliver controlled energy to the skin, minimising the risk of pain or discomfort.

The advantages of Sylfirm X therapy usually endure for approximately one year, with certain people noticing enhancements lasting for as long as two years.

Sylfirm X and Morpheus8 offer effective skin rejuvenation but employ distinct technologies tailored to different skin concerns. Sylfirm X utilizes Selective Multi-Pulse Technology (SMPT) for controlled energy delivery, targeting improved skin texture and treating conditions like rosacea and acne. It’s safe for all skin types with minimal downtime. In contrast, Morpheus8 combines radiofrequency (RF) energy and microneedling to enhance collagen production, primarily addressing deeper wrinkles and scars, with potential for body contouring. Morpheus8 entails a longer recovery period and may necessitate multiple sessions.

Targeting different skin concerns, in contrast to other RF microneedling devices, Sylfirm X RF Microneedling effectively addresses melasma in darker skin tones and also targets loose skin around the eyes. This distinctive capability sets it apart from its competitors.

Wait until any crusts have disappeared. Refrain from using perfumes, lotions, and deodorants on the treated area for 72 hours. Avoid vigorous exercise, sweating, and exposure to high temperatures like those in a sauna for at least 48 hours.
